Managing and editing offers in LearnWorlds allows you to create enticing promotions for your courses and learning products. This guide will walk you through the steps to access, manage, and edit existing offers effectively.
Offer Creation
In LearnWorlds, there are various ways to create offers for your products and students. Let's explore the available options, which fall into two main categories
1. Product Discounts.
- Auto-applied price reduction offers that automatically adjust the product’s price (e.g., showing 20% off directly on the course page).
- Coupon-based offers allow customers to apply discount codes at checkout, including the ability to create bulk coupon codes for wider campaigns.
2. Bundle Offers.
Accessing Your Offers
- Log in to your LearnWorlds admin dashboard.
- Navigate to E-commerce → Offers in the left-hand menu.
Here, you'll see a list of all existing offers, including their:
- Offer name
- Status (e.g., Public, Draft)
- Type (e.g., Coupon, Auto-applied)
- Discount
- Coupon codes (if applicable)
- Redemptions number
- Creation Date
- Products to which this offer applies
You can use the search bar and filters (status, offer type) at the top to quickly locate a specific offer by its status or type.
Editing an Offer
On the offers page, locate the offer you want to edit, hover over it, and:
- Click the three-dot menu next to the offer's name.
- Select Edit from the dropdown options.
You can:
Change the offer's name and status.
Add more products or remove existing ones.
Adjust the discount value (e.g., change the percentage of the discount).
Depending on the offer type:
For coupon-based, create new coupon codes.
For auto-applied and coupon-based offers, you can also enable the offer combination and adjust the redemption limit per user.
For bundle offers, you can choose an image that represents the contents of this bundle.
Choose whether coupon(s) can be combined with other product discount offers or not.
Once you've made the changes, click Save to update the offer.
- The limit cannot be edited after creation.
- The coupon-based offer cannot be changed to another type of offer, such as a price reduction offer.
Cloning an Offer
If you want to create a similar offer based on an existing one, locate the offer you want to clone, hover over it, and:
- Click the three-dot menu.
- Select Clone Offer.
- Specify the name of the cloned offer and click on Clone offer.
A duplicate offer will be created as a draft. You can edit it as needed and then publish it.
Deleting an Offer
If you need to remove an offer, locate the offer you want to delete, hover over it, and:
- Click the three-dot menu.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deleting an offer is irreversible.
