You can review and download your subscription invoices at any time directly from your school’s billing settings. This allows you to keep track of your payments, billing history, and invoice details for accounting or record-keeping purposes.
In this article, you will learn how to review and download your LearnWorlds subscription invoices.
1. Navigate to My account → Account & Billing → Invoices. If the Plans page opens first, click the back arrow and then select Invoices.
2. In Invoices, you can see an overview of your billing history. To download the invoice, hover over the respective invoice, select the (•••) icon, and click Download invoice. 
In the billing overview, you can review the total amount of each invoice. To see the exact payment breakdown (including applied credits, discounts, taxes, or other adjustments), download the invoice to view the detailed calculation and payment information.Here is a preview of a LearnWorlds invoice:
- If you manage multiple schools, you can review all your schools’ invoices together from the same billing dashboard.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, update your billing details, or update your payment method anytime via your dashboard.
