Thanks for your interest in a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with LearnWorlds. We take your privacy and security seriously, which is why we offer a DPA to all paying customers and partners with EU compliance requirements in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Process
- From the 1st of June 2024, to enhance and facilitate the execution of a DPA between LearnWorlds and its valued customers on how we process the shared personal data, we have decided to publish our DPA online and create a direct link between our terms of service and our DPA. All of our new customers from the 1st of June 2024 onwards will need to review the terms of service, privacy, and cookie policy as per the current process, as well as our DPA published online, to ensure that they wish to continue with the use of our platform and services.
By continuing to use our platform and respective services, you acknowledge that you agree to all of our published terms and policies and do not need to do anything else. - If you were a customer of LearnWorlds prior to June 1, 2024, and you do not already have an active DPA with us, we have prepared a form where you can request our Data Processing Agreement and receive it automatically.

2. You will receive an email with a link to our DPA. Read it carefully and sign it.
3. Once you do, we will also sign it from our end and send you the complete copy.
