Customizing the Activity Matrix View
To tailor the view of your Activity Matrix, you can manage its display options. When it comes to cell content you can choose to show the:
- Progress ( Completed activities are displayed in green, not completed in orange. In case the box is grey, the user hasn't started the activity yet)
- Study time
- Grade (this option will show results only for the activities that have grades, e.g. exams)
You can click on each box to see more detailed information, such as the user’s grade, study time, completion date, and enrollment date.
You can also sort users by:
- Older to recent enrollment
- Recent to older enrollment
- Total course time
- Ascending (A-Z)
- Descending (Z-A)
An additional option allows you to show unenrolled users (formerly enrolled users)
Lastly, you can choose which learning activities to display. For example, you might opt to show only eBooks, your videos, or a combination of multiple categories.
Filtering Users
You can search and filter users by name, user group, seat offering, or user segment using the search bar. If your school is on the Learning Center plan or higher, you can apply advanced filters to refine your results even further. For example, you can display users enrolled within a specific time frame or segment users based on specific criteria.
