Olark is a live chat platform that enables businesses to support their customers online. It is one of the most popular live chat tools out there and includes a couple of advanced features such as live chat automation (targeted chat as they call it) and co-browsing. With this integration, you can have direct communication with your learners whenever needed!
To integrate the Olark chat widget into your LearnWorlds school, follow the steps in this article.
1. Log in to your Olark account. If you don’t have an account yet, create one by clicking here.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the Olark dashboard. After customizing the chat widget, navigate to the Settings → Chat Widget
3. Click the Installation code dropdown button to see the code. Locate and copy the Site ID, and login to your LearnWorlds school.
4. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Customer Service, click on Activate, paste the Site ID and save your changes.
You have successfully integrated Olark Chat with your LearnWorlds school! When a user Logins into your school, the respective chat box will appear on the bottom right corner of your school page.
