The FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) section allows you to proactively address common user questions directly on your school pages, helping users quickly find important information and improving their overall experience.
In this article, you will learn how to add and customize the FAQ section on your LearnWorlds site.
Add FAQs
1. Navigate to Website → Design → Edit Website.
2. Choose any page to edit from the Page Manager.
3. Hover over the page and click on the (+) icon to add a section.
4. Select the FAQs category. Select Add to insert the preferred section, or choose Fill with AI. When using Fill with AI, a dialog box will appear, allowing you to provide instructions to further customize the selected section.
5. Click Save to save changes on the page.
Customize FAQs
1. Click on Edit FAQs to use the default settings.
2. Click on each text element to add your FAQs and use the sideform to configure the text's appearance.
3. When using Edit FAQs, the edit sideform appears. Configure the section settings to match your needs by reordering or deleting questions and enabling the expanded or collapsed function. If the AI Edit option is used, the dialogue box appears.
Avoid editing texts directly inside the widget and use the sideform instead. When copying and pasting text from another source, make sure to paste it without formatting to preserve your school’s formatting and style settings. Use Ctrl + Shift + V on Windows or Cmd + Shift + V on macOS to paste plain text.4. Click Save to save changes on the page.
