Quick Start Guide 9: AI-Powered Tools in LearnWorlds

LearnWorlds includes built-in AI tools to help you create, refine, and scale your academy faster. Instead of starting from a blank page, you can use AI to draft, structure, or polish content across your courses, website, and community.


In this guide, we’ll group the tools into categories, explain where to find them, and give simple examples of how you might use them.



1. AI for Course Creation


Where to find it:

  • Course Creation WizardDashboard → Courses & Programs → Create Course
  • Course Outline – Inside a course → Course outline → Start building with AI


What it does:

  • Course Wizard: AI helps you generate a course title and description when setting up a new course.
  • Course Outline: Develop a comprehensive structure with sections and activities tailored to your topic.


How you might use it:

  • You’re launching a new course on Remote Team Leadership. The AI option in the Wizard suggests a professional course title and description, saving you time on copywriting.

  • In the Course Outline, AI generates 5 sections with structured activities (e.g., “Managing Time Zones”, “Building Trust Remotely”). You adjust rather than start from zero.


Why it matters: Saves hours of planning and writing, and gives you a professional head start.

2. AI for Content & Learning Materials


Where to find it:

  • EbooksCourse outline → Ebook activity → Start building with AI
  • Interactive Video (iVideo) – Course outline → Video activity →  AI assistant
  • Assessments – Course outline → Assessment activity → AI assistant


What it does:

  • Ebooks: Turn prompts into structured learning material (chapters, bullet points, summaries).
  • iVideo: Add in-video questions (Learning Center +), translate subtitles (Pro trainer +), create a video summary (Pro trainer +), and a table of contents (Learning Center +).
  • Assessments: Generate quiz questions (MCQs, true/false, open-ended, matching) automatically, provide feedback, and grade open-text assignments in exams using AI, and even simulate AI-powered dialogues with learners for practice or feedback.


How you might use it:

  • You want to provide a supporting ebook resource on The Basics of SEO. AI generates a structured ebook with chapters and sample text, which you edit into a polished learner resource.

  • You upload a training video on Time Management. AI suggests 3 multiple-choice questions at key points, instantly turning a passive video into an interactive activity.

  • In Assessments, AI instantly generates 10 quiz questions on leadership principles, which you can refine before publishing.


Why it matters: Makes your courses engaging and interactive without heavy editing work.
