Learning Program Insights give you access to detailed analytics for your programs. It brings value by helping you understand how your learners are engaging with your content, so you can improve their experience and ensure better outcomes.
In this article, we will learn how to:
- View insights for individual users
- Explore program-wide performance data
- Use the Training Matrix for a visual progress summary
Users
In the Users tab, you can find all the enrolled users of your program and some filters that can help you see how each learner is progressing. To access the insights for individual users:
1. Navigate to your Learning Program.
2. Under Insights, choose Users.
In this section, you'll see a detailed report for every user enrolled in the program, including:
- User's name
- Their start and completion dates
- Number of courses completed
- Program Progress: User’s progress in the learning program
- Time spent watching videos within the program
- Time spent on the program in general
- Average assessment score
- Time spent on the platform
These are the default filters, but you can use the search bar to add more or combine them. For example, you can filter users by name or tags to focus on specific learners, and also filter by their enrollment date.
Program Insights
The Program Insights tab gives you a full view of how your learners are engaging with each course within a program.
For each course, you can review:
- Number of learners who started or completed the course
- Course completion rates
- Average time spent studying
- Average assessment score
You can also export your metrics—click the Export Metrics button and select the desired file type.
Training Matrix
The Training Matrix offers a visual grid that shows learner progress across all program courses using colored status indicators:
- Not started
- In progress
- Completed
This grid helps you quickly detect patterns, spot learners who are behind, and track overall completion at a glance.
