As a school administrator, you may need to help learners manage their subscription plans. This guide explains how learners can cancel their active subscriptions, ensuring a smooth experience
In this article, you can find the directions needed that you can share with your users if they need to cancel their subscription plan.
1. Log in to the school and go to your Account settings.
2. Click the Cancel plan button.
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm.
3. Once confirmed, a re-activate subscription button will appear in case you change your mind.
- As an admin, ensure that the account link is included in your top bar so users can easily find it. For more details, you can check this article.
- After scheduling the cancellation of their subscription, learners can reactivate it at any time before the renewal date. Once the renewal date passes, they will need to purchase a new subscription to regain access.
- Learners will continue to have access to their subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle, unless an administrator manually unenrolls them earlier.
- After a learner cancels their subscription, they retain access to all associated courses until the end of the current billing cycle. Once that cycle ends, they will be automatically unenrolled from all subscription-based courses.
- If a learner cancels during the free trial period, they will maintain access until the trial expires. To remove access immediately, an administrator must manually unenroll the user from the subscription plan.
