To connect Facebook Messenger:
1. Navigate to Chat Plugin and follow the steps for the chat plugin creation.
2. Don't forget to add your school's URL in the plugin Website confirmation.
3. The Facebook page related to the chat plugin needs to be a published one, otherwise, console errors will be displayed when trying to reach the page.
4. Whitelist your domain according to the steps mentioned here.
5. Add the code in your Custom Code section in your LearnWorlds school, under the <head> logged in and logged out fields.
You need to have your school domain (for example, https://www.learnworlds.com/) listed as the page’s website. If this solution does not fit your needs (e.g., if you have a main website apart from your Academy), you can contact Meta's support for further assistance.
