The built-in AI Assistant can help you create powerful and professional forms in a fraction of the time. Whether you're gathering feedback, evaluating courses or instructors, or generating marketing and lead capture forms, AI can support you through the entire process. It ensures consistency, quality, and efficiency while giving you creative control over the final product.

Create forms with AI
In LearnWorlds, you can create two types of forms:
- Course forms: Added inside your course to collect student feedback or evaluations.
- Marketing forms: Added on your site’s pages to generate leads or gather general feedback.
1. Start creating a course or marketing form based on the steps in the aforementioned guides and select Start from Scratch. If you choose another form option with a ready template, the template will be added, and you can further edit or add new questions using the AI Assistant.
2. Click on Create with AI.
3. Use the dialogue box to describe the topic and goal. Provide the necessary information so the AI can generate your form, such as the topic, type of questions, tone of voice, key terms to guide the AI, etc. You can also add files, paste text, give guidance, and add reference.
4. Hit Enter to let the AI create your form.
Add form questions with AI
1. Click the AI Assistant icon underneath the existing question or at the top left. Alternatively, click the (+) icon and select the AI Create Questions option.
2. Use the dialogue box to configure the questions.
Edit form questions with AI
Option 1
1. Click on Edit Question and then the AI Assistant icon.
2. Use the dialogue box to describe the changes or use the premade shortcuts, which can help you easily edit the question.
Option 2
1. Click the AI Assistant icon next to the Edit Question option.
2. Use the common dialogue box to configure the changes.
Translate form questions with AI
1. Click on Edit Question and then the AI Translate icon.
2. Use the dropdown to select the preferred language.
