Student Account Page Overview

We’re rolling out a major upgrade! If you started your trial on or after June 2, 2025, you’ll notice some exciting new features as part of our latest release. Some articles already reflect the new experience, while others are being updated.


The student Account Page is a centralized hub where students can manage every aspect of their account with ease. From accessing payment history and updating billing information to managing subscriptions, applying coupons, and editing their personal profile details, all actions are conveniently located in one place. 


In this article, you’ll learn how users can access their Account page and explore the various features available to them, from viewing payment details and managing subscriptions to updating personal information and billing preferences.


Accessing the Account Page

To allow your users to access their Account page, you’ll need to add a redirection link—either to the After Sign-in/Sign-up Topbar or to any custom button on your site. Here’s how:


  1. Navigate to Website Design Edit Website, then click on Edit Page Topbar After Sign-in/Sign-up Topbar.

  2. Follow the instructions provided in this article to customize your topbar options.

  3. Once you've chosen where you'd like the Account option to appear, click the pencil icon, select Go to  App  Account, and save your changes.

Users can then access their Account page by clicking on Me  Account from the topbar dropdown menu, or by using any Account buttons you’ve placed throughout your site.


Student Account Page Overview

The Account page is organized into the following sections, which provide access to key account management tools.

Personal details

In the Personal Information section of the Account page, users can view and update details such as their avatar, name, and email address. To make changes, click on the Edit button.


When uploading a new profile image, be sure to follow these guidelines:

  • Maximum file size: 2MB

  • Accepted file formats: JPG or PNG



Uploading an appropriate image helps personalize the user profile and ensures it displays correctly across the platform.


Account Security

Under Account Security, users can change their password.


Courses & Programs

This area displays all the courses and programs a user is enrolled in. By clicking on each product, users are redirected to the course player.


Payments

Here, users can view information about their active subscription plans and installment plans, including the next billing date. If they wish to stop their subscription, they can do so by clicking the Cancel button.

Payment History

In the Payment History section, users can review details of their past transactions, including the product title, purchase date, transaction type, and amount paid. They also have the option to download invoices for their records.

Billing details

Under Billing Details, users can view and edit any billing details they have provided to you, in case you have enabled the respective option.

Payment methods

In the Payment Methods section, users can add a new payment method or remove an existing one, allowing them to keep their billing information up to date and aligned with their preferences.


Notifications & Privacy 

Here, users can choose the permissions they wish to grant—such as whether they want to receive emails from the school, including notifications or newsletters—and also manage their privacy settings.


-If the terminology, such as Payment History or My products, doesn't fit your needs, you can change it by navigating to Settings  School Settings Site Language.


-Depending on the school's Privacy/GDPR settings, some options, or even the whole Privacy Settings, can be excluded from the pop-up window.
