How to Manage your LearnWorlds Account

You can effortlessly access the key features of your LearnWorlds account by hovering over the three dots under My Account and clicking on Account & Billing

In this article, we will unlock the full potential of your LearnWorlds experience by learning how to manage your LearnWorlds accounts and plans.

Manage your Account - Trial Schools

As a trial, the options you have to effectively manage your LearnWorlds account are:

Overview: Under the Overview tab, you can activate a plan

As soon as you create your LearnWorlds school, you have a 30-day free trial to try our features and select the best plan for your needs. Once the trial period is over—or sooner if you feel ready to go live—you need to activate a subscription plan.

Subscriptions: You can check your current plan, in this case, a Trial, and the trial expiration date. You can also find the respective Upgrade button that redirects you to the available plans so you can get started with your subscription.

Billing Details: You can check your Payment Method and Billing Details only after upgrading to one of the available plans.

Invoices: The Invoices tab is populated after you upgrade, and it will include your invoices.

Account Usage: You can check the available features on your plan. For example, you see the number of funnels, popups, and Collaborators.

Manage your Account - Active Subscriptions

If you activate a plan, the options you have to effectively manage your LearnWorlds account are:

Overview: Under the Overview tab, you can see a summary of the following options and information about your account. You can use this page to upgrade or downgrade your plan, change from a monthly to a yearly plan, and vice versa, and check your billing details and your Account Usage.

Subscriptions: Under Subscriptions, you can check your current plan and the date you became a LearnWorlds member. You can also find the respective Upgrade button which redirects you to the available plans, so you can choose your desired plan. You can also purchase additional add-ons (mobile app, scale package, and school content syncing) and even cancel your subscription.

Billing Details: Under Billing Details, you can update your Payment Method and Billing Details. Remember that you can use a credit card or PayPal and add more than one payment method.

Invoices: Under Invoices, you can check your payment history, export it, check the latest invoices, or download them. 

Account Usage: Based on the plan you are on, you see the available features (and upgrade in case they are not available in your current plan), like:

  • Available Admin/ Instructor roles
  • Available Page Funnels 
  • Check your connected Live Session integrations

The currency option is contingent upon your geographical location. Users navigating from Europe will have Euro as the default currency, and users from the USA or Canada will have USD. Users who navigate from other locations will be able to choose one of those two options (Euro/USD).
