How to Manually Unenroll a User from a Product

In addition to manually enrolling users in a product, there may be situations where you need to unenroll a user from a specific product—whether due to a request, an error, or a change in access permissions.


In this article, we will learn how to easily manually unenroll users from products.


To manually unenroll a user from a product, follow these steps:


1. Navigate to Users  All Users.

2. Locate the user you want to unenroll. Hover over the three-dot menu next to their name and select Un-enroll from the list of options.


3. A side form will appear, allowing you to use the dropdown menu or search bar to find and select the product(s) you want to un-enroll the user from.


4. Click on Unenroll user when you are ready and confirm the unenrollment.

You can also unenroll a user from a product, under the Courses tab in the User card

- After manually unenrolling a user from a product, the product status under the Courses tab in the user card will be changed to Unenrolled.

- If you want to unenroll multiple users in a product, you can use the Bulk Unenroll feature, available on our Learning Center plans and above.

- When you manually unenroll a user from a subscription, Stripe immediately cancels it.
