The built-in AI (Artificial Intelligence) assistant will help you create powerful and professional forms in a fraction of the time. Whether you're gathering feedback, evaluating courses or instructors, or generating marketing and lead capture forms, AI can support you through the entire process. It ensures consistency, quality, and efficiency while giving you creative control over the final product.
In this article, we’ll explore how to use the AI assistant to create effective forms that serve a variety of purposes across your learning platform or marketing initiatives.
Create Forms with AI Assistance
In LearnWorlds, you can create two types of forms:
- Course Forms: Added inside your course to collect student feedback or evaluations.
- Marketing Forms: Added on your site’s pages to generate leads or gather general feedback.
After creating your form—whether it's for a course or marketing—click the AI Assistant button to get started, or use the AI assistant icon next to "Questions" to add a new one.
If you selected a premade template that already includes questions, no problem—the AI Assistant is designed to work with those too and will help you customize or refine them as needed.
By clicking on the AI assistant button, you can select one of the available templates designed for:
- Learner Feedback
- Evaluation Survey
- Marketing Survey
Or add a new question (see below).
Provide the necessary information so the AI can generate your form:
- Topic of the form or questions
- Type of questions you want to include:
- Multiple Choice
- Multiple Answers
- Dropdown
- Open-ended
- Rating/ Ranking
- Yes/ No
- Sematic Differential
- Choose to create questions based on a resource (Paragraph URL, Existing Learning activity, File)
- Key terms to guide the AI
- Tone of voice (professional, friendly, persuasive, and more)
Once you are ready, click Generate to let the AI create your form.
Review the questions, and once you are ready, click on Insert content. You can also click Regenerate or Improve your content if you want a different version.
How to Add More Questions with AI
If you’d like to expand your form after generating the initial set of questions, you can easily do so.
To create a new question:
1. Click the plus (+) icon or the AI button beside it.
2. Select Generate with AI to let the AI assistant help you craft your question. 
3. Choose the question type, such as multiple choice, open-ended, dropdown, multiple selection, rating, ranking, and more.
This gives you the flexibility to build your form gradually, combining both manual input and AI assistance to suit your specific goals.
Edit and Improve Form Content with AI
After your form is created, you still have full control. Select any text section and use AI-powered tools to enhance it:
- Polish or rewrite the content
- Make your text more compelling or concise
- Adjust tone or voice
- Translate content into other languages
- Summarize or expand instructions
- Maintain a consistent style
This is invaluable for marketing forms, where clear, persuasive messaging is key to conversions.
