Integrating your school with AWeber, will give you access to powerful e-mail marketing and autoresponder tools, with which you can easily create automated campaigns and convert your leads to your new school learners, by synchronizing them to your e-mail lists.



If you are interested in connecting your school with one of the available email integrations,  you should first navigate to Integrations->E-mail Marketing



There you will be able to choose the most preferable tool and create your school’s e-mail campaigns:  Mailchimp, Active Campaign, AWeber or ConvertKit.



Let’s see now the steps that need to be followed for the AWeber activation. :)


1Navigate to the respective tab and click on “Activate” checkbox. After doing that you will notice that there will appear a new button: “Connect to Aweber”. Click on it!


2After clicking the button you will be redirected to a new page where you should insert your Aweber account credentials (Login Name, Password) and click on the “Allow Access” button.








3Then you will be directed back to your school and the Mailing integrations page. You will be able to verify that you have successfully connected  your account and then to add your AWeber lists by clicking on the “Get my AWeber Lists” button.

4After having updated your AWeber lists , you can import your school users or even import the collected leads (from the “Get Email” template) to one of them, by selecting the most preferable from the drop-down menus.

Note: Every user imported in an AWeber list will receive a confirmation email.


5 When activating the AWeber integration for the first time in your school or before running a new campaign, remember to send all your lists’ info to AWeber by clicking on the respective button.



Note: On a daily basis at 6 am UTC, your lists are synchronized automatically. However, you can click on "Send everything to AWeber"  in case you want to update your lists during the day (and they will have all the latest info about your LearnWorlds users, leads, and their courses).


6By sending everything to AWeber you also update the “Custom Fields” needed to create advanced segments for your email marketing. Learn how to add these tags to one of your AWeber lists here.

 We would suggest first setting up  the custom fields in your account and then to proceed to the sync of the users with your school.
