In this article, you will learn how you can modify the Logo and Favicon of your LearnWorlds school. Both the logo and favicon play crucial roles for your school, as they are the first images users encounter when they access your school's URL or perform a quick search on search engines. Therefore, it's essential to select images that align with your platform effectively.
To get started, navigate to: Website → Website Settings → Logo & Favicon
Logo
Your school’s logo is used in multiple places, including:
- as video watermark (if it is enabled)
- at the header of the emails sent to your users
- as your default metadata image (when a page gets shared to social media)
Click Upload to add your school’s logo.
You can also use the AI option to generate a logo:
- Click the AI button
- A chat box will appear where you can describe how you want the logo to look
- Use parameters to further customize the result
1. The logo of the Topbar is not automatically fetched from the logo and favicon page in your school, you need to add it when you customize the Topbar. 2. For optimal results, we suggest that you upload a 250 x 50 (px) image file.
Browser icon (Favicon)
A favicon is a small, iconic image that represents your website. Favicons are most often found in the address bar of your web browser, but they can also be used in lists of bookmarks in web browsers and feed aggregators.
Click Upload to add your favicon. You can also generate a favicon using AI:
- Click the AI button
- Provide a prompt describing the image you want
- Adjust the result as needed
You can use .png as an image file format in your favicon.
