Your LearnWorlds Dashboard gives you a quick and clear overview of your school’s performance. It helps you track revenue, monitor user activity, and stay connected with your learners, all in one place.
In this guide, you’ll learn how to access and use your Dashboard to keep your school on track.
Step 1: Access your Dashboard
The Dashboard in LearnWorlds gives you a quick and clear overview of your online school.
Go to Home → Dashboard.
What you can do here:
- Create a new course directly from the Dashboard.
- Preview your Home and After Login pages.
- Check out What’s New for the latest platform updates.
- Visit the Help Center for Academy resources, Knowledge Base articles, Webinars, and blog posts.
Step 2: Explore the Getting Started Tab
Need a quick hand? Scroll to the Getting Started section for:
- Watch video tutorials on course creation, website customization, payments, and integrations.
- Links to step-by-step guides to help you launch faster.
Step 3: Use the Dashboard Tab
Click on Dashboard to view key performance metrics.
You’ll find:
- New Sign-ups: Track registrations at a glance.
- Revenue Graph: Monitor your sales performance.
- Product Sales: See what’s selling and when.
- Active Learners: Stay informed on learner engagement.
Advanced Tips: - Switch between the last 7, 30, or 60 days using the drop-down menu for quick trend analysis.
- If revenue or active learner numbers look lower than expected, go into your Reports or Sales records for a deeper dive.

Step 4: Check the Summary Box
On the right side of the Dashboard, you’ll see a quick stats summary for your school:
- Total Users
- Conversions
- Number of Courses
- Total Sales (Last 30 Days)
- Average Session Time
- Course categories
At a glance, focus on Users and Sales to understand your school’s growth. Explore other stats as you gain experience.
Step 5: Use Quick Access Shortcuts
The Dashboard includes shortcuts for faster navigation:
- Pending Access. If you’re using the Signup Approval feature (Learning Center +), you’ll see pending enrollment requests here.
- New Users. Displays the most recent registrations and when they signed up. Click See All to view the full list in Users → All Users.
- Review Center. Shows shortcuts to recently submitted assignments. Click See All to open Courses → Review Center and manage learner submissions.
- Latest Posts. A quick view of the most recent community posts. Click See All to go to your Community page.
- LearnWorlds Blog. Direct link to our latest blog articles. Click See All to explore insights and best practices.
- Events Log. Updates on recent school activities. Click See All to access the full log at Reports → Activity logs → Events.
- Online Users. Shows how many learners are currently online and their usernames.
Advanced Tip: Use the Events Log when troubleshooting; it helps you track logins, enrollments, and purchases step by step.
