This article provides valuable insights for Organization owners and Super admins on efficiently managing subscriptions for multiple schools. By accessing the School Plans section Organization owners have the privilege of overseeing all active subscriptions for every school within their organization.
Navigating the School Plans Page
1. Begin by logging in to your LearnWorlds school and clicking on Manage Schools under the three dots, or by logging in via LearnWorlds.
2. Locate and select the School Plans option.
Within the School Plans section, you will gain access to a comprehensive overview of active subscriptions associated with the schools you manage as an Organization Owner. On the Schools plans page, you will find the following details for each subscription:
- School: This indicates the specific school associated with the subscription.
- Domain: This refers to the domain of the school.
- Plan: This denotes the current plan of the school.
- Credit card: This displays the credit card that you have linked to the relevant school.
- Start billing date: This represents the date when your subscription started.
- Next billing date: This indicates the date when you will be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Manage: By clicking on this option, you will be redirected to the Accounts & Billing page of the specific school for further management and settings.
- Super admins can view and manage subscriptions only for their assigned schools.- If you own multiple LearnWorlds schools, the payment method will be the same in all schools.
- If you own multiple LearnWorlds schools, the payments and invoices will be visible for all schools under Invoices in every owned LearnWorlds school.
