If you're using a subdomain (like "www.myschool.com") you might want to set up the naked domain (without the www), so that visitors who don't add the "www" will still be directed to your LearnWorlds online school. (Note: sub, base, apex domains are all the same thing and can be used interchangeably when googling). To do that, you'll need to set up the Forwarding feature in GoDaddy (with this option the naked domain will not have an SSL certificate):

On GoDaddy, use the "Forwarding" feature to set up forwarding from "yourschool.com" to "www.yourschool.com". The "Forwarding" feature can be accessed in the "Products" tab -> "Domains". Find your custom domain and click on the "DNS" button.

Scroll down the page and on the "Forwarding" menu click on the "Add" button.

Type your LearnWorld Domain (including "www") at the "forward to" field and click on the "Save" button.

Note: If you want to use your naked domain (without the www at the start), with an SSL certificate, you will need to add an A Record. If you wish to proceed with the A record, your school IP can be found by using Dig (https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/dig/). Type your LearnWorlds school URL or your custom domain in order to find your IP.

In case you add such a record, let us know as soon as you do, in order to finalize the process on our end. Please ensure to inform us, what your main domain will be (naked or subdomain).
