You can use LearnWorlds' internal video storage. This means that all videos that you upload in your private video collection will be securely stored by LearnWorlds, or you can connect your own Vimeo Pro or Wistia account, and everything you upload from within your LearnWorlds site will be stored in your own account.
Upload a Video
Before you can include a video in your courses or pages, the initial step is to upload the video. To do this, you must upload it to the video library within your course. Before you start uploading your files make sure to configure your Video Storage Preferences and to check which Video Formats are supported in LearnWorlds.

Video Settings
The next step involves ensuring that you've selected the video player settings that are suitable for your specific situation. You can choose a skin for your school's video player and edit the player setup. You have the option to decide whether your videos will autoplay, resume playback, control how the transcript appears, customize the progress bar, and adjust various other settings according to your preferences.
Share your videos
After your videos have been successfully uploaded and the settings have been configured, you can return to your course authoring page and choose to:
- Create a video learning activity inside your course
- Add a video to your school's pages
