To connect your Vimeo account:
1. From your LearnWorlds dashboard, go to Settings → Video → Provider.
2. Select Vimeo. You will see a Connect your account button.
3. Click the button, and you'll be redirected to Vimeo. Log in (if needed) and click Allow to authorize the connection between Vimeo and LearnWorlds.
After connecting Vimeo, go to your course's Video Library to upload videos and create engaging video activities for your learners.
- Any video uploaded to the Video Library will also be uploaded to your Vimeo account automatically.
- Ensure that your Vimeo account settings are configured correctly to allow your videos to be played in your LearnWorlds courses.
- You can also add Vimeo videos by pasting the Vimeo ID found in the video's URL into your course activities or pages.
- When you connect a Vimeo account, LearnWorlds' 1GB size limit for videos no longer applies. However, Vimeo imposes its own upload limits depending on your plan (e.g., Pro, Business, etc.).
- Be sure to check Vimeo's specific restrictions to avoid hitting these limits, which could prevent further uploads.
