Connect Zapier with your LearnWorlds school
1. Sign In/Up to Zapier
Visit Zapier’s official website and log in to your Zapier account. If you don’t have a Zapier account, click on Sign up to create one.
2. Connect your Zapier account with LearnWorlds
Once you have logged into your Zapier account, click on My Apps to link Zapier with LearnWorlds.
Once the new page has loaded, type LearnWorlds in the search field and select the LearnWorlds Integration that shows up in your search results.
A popup will appear, where you will need to add your School ID, which is under Settings → School settings → School info in your LearnWorlds school. Once added click on Yes, Continue to LearnWorlds.
You will then be requested to log in to your LearnWorlds School account. Fill in your LearnWorlds email and password and click Login.
Every time that a Zapier user connects with LearnWorlds for the first time, the authorization request will pop up. Select Authorize to proceed.
Connect Zapier with Multiple LearnWorlds Schools
When you have created more than one LearnWorlds school, as the Organization Owner, you will need to follow the process above for the additional schools.
You will need to create new Zaps for the new connection.
The LearnWorlds admin account, or in the case of Multiple Schools, the Organization Owner and Super Admin are the only accounts that can connect and manage the Zapier Integration. The other admins possess complete authoring access to the platform, with the sole distinction being that only the LearnWorlds admin can oversee and authenticate the Zapier integration.Test the Connectivity
You have successfully connected your LearnWorlds account with Zapier. The final touch is to test the connectivity you have just established by clicking on Test Connection.
Once the test has been completed, you should be able to see the button change to Test successful.

Zaps from older Zapier versions will carry a legacy label. To utilize our new and powerful implementation, we suggest creating new zaps using the new triggers and actions.
