Your LearnWorlds school automatically sends email notifications for certain key events. You can enable or disable these notifications and customize the content of the emails that users will receive.
In this article, we will learn how to enable and edit automatic email notifications related to course or bundle enrollments.
Go to Communication → School emails, and click on Course to see the available course-related emails.
Enrolling in a free course: When a user enrolls in a free course, you can email them to keep them motivated.
Enrolling in a paid course: You can send a different email when the users have purchased a paid course. The "Enrolling in a paid course" notification will also be sent once users enroll in a Private course. The invoices issued by LearnWorlds are attached to this email for the users to download.
Bundle notification: There is the option to send a different email when one of your users has purchased one of your bundles. You can find more information on how to create a Bundle in this article.
User group/Seat offering notification: If this option is enabled, users will be sent an email after enrollment.
Completing a course: You can send an email when a user completes a course.
Click on the email template to enable or disable the email notification. After selecting your preferred one, you can edit the subject and content of the email. You can include links and specific variables that will automatically fill in the correct data. Additionally, utilize our AI assistant to refine and enhance the text.

- If you wish to edit the links/variables of your Email Notifications, follow the steps in this article.
- You can customize emails for individual courses or bundles or apply general rules within the course setting page or bundles properties page.
- For courses, navigate to Course Manager, select the desired course, and click on General under the Course Settings.
- For bundles, navigate to Marketing → Bundles, hover over the three dots on your desired bundle, and click Edit properties.
