1Visit the www.pdfescape.com website (or similar online PDF editor ) and upload your certificate template as shown below. Choose the "Create a new PDF document"option.
2Click on the "upload" button on the top of your screen and upload your custom certificate template which you have created from scratch (you can create any template you wish with your brand, your logo, etc in a Word file and then save it as PDF and upload it on PDF Escape).
3When your file is uploaded click on the “Form Field” tab to insert one.
4Select Type as "Text" and click "Select".
5Choose the area where you would like to insert this Field onto. And give it a proper size to fit your text.
6Right Click on the object and click on "Object Properties"
7Give the correct Certificate Field name (as shown by the table below this screenshot) to the object choosing one from the table below. Preferably set the Alignment property to "Center" so that the text flows nicely.

Note: that if you are interested in the PTIN field, this needs to be enabled by our development team so you can contact us at support@learnworlds.com to enable it for you (available in the Learning Center plan and above)
Also it would be good to set the font size to “Auto” on the top text toolbar of your screen.
Repeat steps 2-7 for each Text Field you would like to insert to your certification
These are the text fields that will be used in this template example.
8When you are finished click on the download icon to save the final .pdf file to your hard disk.
But, what happens if the background color of the certificate template of your choice is black? Worry not! You can change the color of the text to white, via the color option, found next to the font size option:
