Want to grow your email list or build connections with potential users? Marketing Forms are a simple, effective way to capture leads—no technical know-how required.
With a Marketing Form, you can collect email addresses and other useful info from visitors. You can share the form as a standalone page (via a direct link) or embed it right into your school website—even inside popups. Either way, when someone fills it out, their details are saved for you to access and follow up later.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through:
- How to set up a form that collects leads
- What optional fields can you include (like name or consent)
- How to track and export the leads you collect
Add an Email Grabber to Your Form
To start collecting leads, your form needs an Email Grabber—a field where users can enter their email address. Here’s how to add one:
1. Create a New Marketing Form
Create a Marketing form and choose one of the Contact Forms templates we offer.
2. Add to an Existing Form
If you already have a form, just add an Email Contact question. You can add a Firstname / Lastname type of question to gather the name of the lead.
Add a Consent Field (for GDPR Compliance)
If your school is GDPR compliant, you can add a Consent type of question.
Then, go to Settings → After Submission and enable the Save data in Leads from Pages. This will unlock the Marketing Opt-in setting.
The Consent question should have only one option (like “Yes, I agree”). When users select it, their answer is saved under the Opt-in column in the Leads from pages.
→ Make the email field required so users have to enter their email to submit the form.
Track and Export the Leads
Once your form starts collecting responses, here’s how you can view and download your leads:
1. Go to Marketing → Marketing Forms option. Hover over the specific form you wish to and click on the Responses option.
2. Check the responses of the collected leads or export them in a CSV/ XLS file.
If you have enabled the Save data in "Leads from Pages" table under Settings while creating your form, you can find the leads' data on the Leads from pages and export them in a CSN/ XLS file.
