This feature allows you to create interactive popups using LearnWorlds' Popup Builder. A popup with a marketing form helps you gather user information, collect feedback, or grow your newsletter list. These popups can boost engagement by appearing at key moments on your site.

In this article, we will guide you through the process of creating a popup and integrating a marketing form as part of its content.

Create a Popup

To create a popup navigate to WebsitePopups, and click to add a new popup.

You can either:

  • Create your popup template
  • Choose from the ready-made templates.

Edit Popup Settings

After you create the new Popup, you can further customize the Popup's settings

1. Choose the Popup Status

  • Set the popup to Draft or Public.
  • You can update this from the info panel or the popup manager.

2. Customize Appearance and Position

  • Adjust the popup's position on the page.
  • Choose the target audience:
    • All visitors
    • Logged-in users
    • Logged-out users
    • Users with a specific tag

3. Choose Where and When to Show the Popup

  • Define where it appears on your site (e.g., entire site)
  • Choose the trigger, such as On Exit Intent

4. Set Popup Behavior Rules

  • Limit how many times it shows to a user.
  • Set a delay before the popup appears.

5. Customize the Background and Backdrop Color.

Add your Marketing Form

Click on the add widget +icon, to add your Marketing Form. Choose the Form / Get Email option. You can combine the Form widget with any other widget you prefer.

Once added, click the Import Form button and select your desired template from the dropdown menu on the right.

You can now edit the popup settings. Adjust the After Submit option, you decide if you want to use the custom settings. If you enable it, you can choose what happens:

1.  On Submit, you can show the form's ending screen or send them to another page,

2. In the Revisit settings, choose whether the form will restart when a user revisits it. Enabling this option allows multiple responses, and all submissions will be saved.

3. In the Save Data in the "Leads from Pages" setting, you can choose whether to store user data, such as names and emails, in the Leads from Pages tab.

Popups come with great Analytics so that you can monitor how each one of your school's popups performs. You can find out more in this article.

Using the custom settings does not change the actual form’s settings but only applies locally to the form on the specific popup.
