Popup Creation
Navigate to Website → Popups or alternatively to Website → Design → Edit WebSite → Popups. Click on Add a Popup or the + icon to create a new popup, with a wide variety of options:
Popups are divided into 4 types (Dialog, Sleekbar, Notification, and Full page).
Once you select the popup you wish, you can add a name, and category and toggle on or off the publication status. Once you are ready, click on Create.
By clicking on Popup settings under the Info panel, you can edit your popup properties, appearance, and content. Make sure to add a trigger under the 'When to Show' setting for your popup. Without this, the popup won't function properly.
If you're using on-click actions on your pages and choose to direct users to a popup, there's no need to add an extra trigger. The popup will automatically appear when the user clicks on the element associated with the on-click action.
Popup Goal
When creating a popup, you have a target goal in mind (for example, notify the users of a certain event, or gather emails). Click on the component you wish (for example, a button or a form submission field) and specify it as the goal in the Actions tab of your side form. You can also choose to close the popup once the goal is met.
