There are two pages in your school you can use to manage your subscription:
This page is available in all schools, trial and live.
Trial schools can use this page in order to activate a plan. As soon as you create your school, you have 30 days of free trial in order to try our features and select the best plan for your needs. Once the trial period is over - or sooner if you feel ready to go live - you need to activate a subscription plan. You can check out the plans here and compare all features here.
Live schools (that already have an active subscription) can use this page in order to upgrade or downgrade their plan, change from monthly to a yearly plan and vice versa, and cancel the subscription.
To visit your School plan, go to My Account → School Plan.
This page is visible only to live schools. On this page, you can check:
- Your account Information: Billing email and Company name. If you want to change your billing email, submit a support ticket to our Support Team.
- Billing & Shipping Addresses
- Payment Methods: The methods you have added for your subscription payments (credit card or PayPal). You can add more than one payment method. Check the steps on how to update your payment method.
- Billing History: Check and download issued invoices.
To visit your Billing Info, go to My Account → Billing Info.
