LearnWorlds makes it easy to reuse your saved questions by importing them from your school's Question Bank into any assessment.
Steps to Import from the Question Bank
1. Open your assessment and click on Add question → Import Questions.
2. Choose the From Question Bank option.
3. Browse your Question Bank and select the questions you want to import. To select all questions, click the top checkbox next to the assessment title.
4. Click Import/ Import & Sync.
5. Click Save to finalize the process.
When importing questions from a Question bank, you have the option to either Import or Import & Sync the questions. By selecting the first option, you maintain independence in the assessment learning activity, and any further changes you apply to those questions will not be reflected on the Question Bank or any linked assessment learning activities. In comparison with the Sync button, if you choose to sync the questions in the assessment learning activity while they are also being inserted in other assessments, any changes you make will automatically be updated on the other courses.
You can also import questions from other assessments or an Excel file.
