To integrate the FreshChat chat widget into your LearnWorlds school, follow the steps in this article.
1. Sign in to your FreshChat account. If you don't have an account, you will need to create one first.
2. Once you get redirected to Freshchat's dashboard, click on Settings → Admin settings → Web chat → Start customizing. If you have created your first chat widget and visited the Web page, you will find a list of available widgets. Select the widget that you would like to connect to your LearnWorlds school by clicking on the Embed button.
3. As soon as you will have customized the chat widget, go to the Embed code tab and click on Copy.
4. Login to your LearnWorlds school and navigate Settings → Integrations → Customer Service, click on Activate, paste the code under Freshchat, and save your changes.
You have successfully integrated FreshChat with your LearnWorlds school! When someone visits your school, the respective chat box will appear on the bottom right corner of your school page.
