How to Cancel your LearnWorlds Subscription

These are the instructions for canceling your LearnWorlds subscription.


1. Hover the three dots under My Account → Account & Billing , in case you see the plan screen make sure to click on the back icon and then click on Subscriptions

2. Click on Cancel subscription.

3. Follow the steps in the popup window that will appear to complete the cancellation.

After canceling your plan, you will see under the previously selected plan that you can reactivate it. You can also check the exact date until your plan is valid and the Account deletion in progress message since the cancelation will take place at the end of your billing cycle.

- If you have ongoing subscriptions in your school, they won't be automatically canceled when you cancel your LearnWorlds subscription/ school. You need to manually unenroll users from the product or cancel their subscription through Stripe.
- If you wish to cancel your Mobile app, you can submit a ticket or contact us at support@learnworlds.com.
- For Trial accounts, since you have not provided any payment method within your school, there is no need to cancel any subscription plan. The Trial school will be scheduled for deletion after the trial days expire and no plan has been activated. You can find out more here.
