Intercom is one of the various Support integrations that our interface provides. It is a customer messaging platform that shows you who is using your product or website and makes it easy to personally communicate with them through targeted content, behavior-driven email, in-app, and web messages. 

With intercom you can:

All Intercom products come with the free Intercom platform which lets you see who your users are, and what they do in your product or site.

In order to integrate your LearnWorld with Intercom, please follow the instructions below:

1 When in admin mode, follow this path: Integrations --> Support.

2 In there, find Intercom, activate its functionality, and paste the app_id of this integration in the appropriate text field. In order to aquire your app_id, you simply have to follow this link:

(Make sure to select A. Integrate > Any web app/site (JavaScript) you should see something like app_id: "ak4yf2pq" in the script. Copy the given code and paste it in the field).

3 Don't forget to click on the "Save" button to save your progress!
