Your LearnWorlds school automatically sends email notifications for certain key events. You can enable or disable these notifications and customize the content of the emails that users will receive.
In this article, we will learn how to enable and edit automatic email notifications related to course or bundle enrollments.
Go to Communication → School emails, and click Enrollment & Purchase to see the available course-related emails.
On purchase: Send an email notification when a new purchase is completed.
On enrollment: Send an email when a new enrollment takes place.
User group/Seat offering notification: If this option is enabled, users will be sent an email after enrollment.
Under the Completion tab you can find the completion notification users get.
Completing a course: Send an email when a user completes a course.
Click on the email template to enable or disable the email notification. After selecting your preferred one, you can edit the subject and content of the email. You can include links and specific variables that will automatically fill in the correct data. Additionally, utilize our AI assistant to refine and enhance the text.

- You can customize which emails are sent for individual products or apply general rules. Go to the settings tab of the product you want to configure and click General. From there, select the email flow that best fits your needs.
