The Value Added Tax (VAT) is a form of consumption tax, which is applied to purchases of goods or services and other ‘taxable supplies in the European Union. All our prices do not include VAT. Based on your location, your currency will be different. Users navigating from Europe will have Euro as the default currency, users from the USA or Canada will have USD, and users from other locations will be able to choose one of those two options (Euro/ USD). If you are a business based in the EU with a valid EU VAT number, then you will not be charged VAT as long as you provide it while you activate your subscription. If you are buying as a business, make sure to activate the respective option so the VAT Number field will appear.You can also find more information on how to activate a LearnWorlds subscription in the following article.
- If you are a consumer or non-EU VAT registered business based in the EU then the respective VAT rate will apply.
- If the VAT rate changes between your order being placed and the payment, the amount of VAT payable will be automatically adjusted if the payment is made.
