User's Guide - All about your Purchases

In this article, you will find details on all the questions you may have about purchasing a course.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted. Offline payments may also be accepted (you can arrange this with the school’s owner).

Can I sample a course or lesson before deciding to purchase a course?

In many cases courses have one or more free sections that you can sample before you decide to purchase a course.

I was given a discount coupon. How can I use it to buy a course with a discount?

Buying a course with a discount coupon is not much different from a standard checkout process. 

1. Go to the course page for which you have received an applicable coupon and click on Enroll (if you are not already logged in, a pop-up window will prompt you to log in first).

2. You will be automatically redirected to the respective Payment page. In the HAVE A COUPON? field, fill in the coupon that you have been provided (Caution: the coupon is case-sensitive), and click on Redeem.

3. The discount will be automatically calculated in the final price.

How do I know that you have received my order?

Once your payment has been successfully processed, the course will be immediately accessible to you. If the course hasn’t unlocked despite your payment going through, then contact the site’s owner and you will be given access to the course.

I purchased a course. How do I access it?

If you have already purchased a course, you only need to visit the course’s page and you will have full access to its content. Alternately, you can access the starting page of your school (as soon as you log in). The courses you have purchased will appear at the beginning of the course list. Also, your courses are accessible via your Profile, which may be found in your school's topbar. By clicking on a course card, you will be redirected to its contents.

How soon will I get access to my courses?

You will get access to your course(s) immediately after you make an online purchase (or when you have been manually enrolled by the instructor).

Where can I find the invoice for the course I just bought?

You can find fully detailed invoices for all the courses you have purchased on Account, which may be found in your school's topbar. If you made a purchase outside the school, then contact the school owner/instructor for an invoice. 

How can I cancel my subscription?

Log into your LearnWorlds school and access your Account. You will find a Cancel Subscription button.

If you proceed, the page will display a button for the optional reactivation of the same subscription plan or the option to choose another one by clicking on Change (if available).
