Freshdesk is one of the various Support integrations that our interface provides. It is a customer support software and helpdesk solution platform which automates multiple processes. It also supports multiple products and brands and includes multi-language and multi-timezone capabilities while being suitable for most industries, including IT, insurance, hospitality, retail, utilities and more.
In order to integrate your LearnWorld with Freshdesk, please follow the instructions below:
1 When in admin mode, follow this path: Integrations --> Support.
2 In the "Support Components" tab of the Integrations page, find Freshdesk, activate its functionality, and paste the code of this integration in the appropriate text field. 3 Don't forget to click on the "Save" button to save your progress!
Navigate to your school's homepage to find the widget you have customised from within your Freshdesk domain on the bottom right.
