How to White-Label your LearnWorlds School

After spending so much time and effort building up your school and creating your unique and fabulous courses, it is natural to want your customers to associate your school with you. In LearnWorlds, so we offer you a variety of ways to white-label your school. 

Depending on your plan, you can gradually eliminate the LearnWorlds brand name and replace it with your own.

Custom Domain 

With each of our monthly plans, you have the freedom to personalize your online presence with your own domain name and branding elements, such as logos and colors. Even with our basic plan, you can establish a professional identity like academy.yourschool.com. Plus, you'll receive a complimentary SSL certificate, ensuring your website is encrypted with HTTPS for increased trustworthiness to potential visitors. This not only enhances credibility but also prevents any penalties from Google in search rankings, which non-encrypted sites may incur.

Custom Certificate Templates 

The enhanced tiers offer expanded white-labeling capabilities and additional features. For instance, within our Pro trainer plan or higher, users can upload personalized PDF certificate templates and have the flexibility to design limitless Home/Landing and Sales pages for their school using our Website Builder.

Full White Label option 

With our Learning Center plans or higher, you can take advantage of the full White-Label option.

• Elimination of the LearnWorlds logo
  You can fully remove the LearnWorlds brand from all of your school's pages by navigating to Settings → School Settings → Site Email  & Domain under Remove LearnWorlds brand. You can also hide the "Learn More" and Ask for help buttons to streamline their interface for different users of the authoring environment.
  

• Branded Social Logins
  You can have branded Social Logins for Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Apple, and Twitter.
• White-labeled Email notifications
  All email notifications in your LearnWorlds school are being sent by a noreply@learnworlds.com address. With the Pro Trainer plan or higher, you have the ability to customize notifications to be sent from your domain's email address (@yourdomain.com). This not only improves the deliverability of emails but also ensures a seamless integration of the platform with your brand or website. 
• LearnWorlds API
  You get access to the LearnWorlds API, which allows you to integrate your school with third-party applications and control the platform with code (e.g. if you have an existing login system for your students, then you can directly enroll them in a course without them having to sign up and create a second account).

• If you have users who already signed up in your School through Social Logins, they will not be able to sign in to their old accounts after you white-label your Social Logins. These users will need to create a new account.
