Do you want to delete any test user accounts or perhaps ban an annoying student from your school? Through the LearnWorlds user management you can easily suspend a user, forbidding him/her from having access to your school.

You can achieve this in a few easy steps.

1 Click on "Users"->"All learners" at the admin menu.

2 Choose the Learner you would like to suspend/ban and hover over the button under the category "Manage". From there simply click on "Suspend account".

3 A suspend confirmation window will appear. If you really want to suspend the User click "Suspend".

The User is not allowed to log in to the school anymore.

Note: make sure to unenroll the student from any courses they were enrolled to prior to suspending the account. This way you will have consistent statistics and won't be accidentally charged for any enrollments.
