1. Go to Communication → School emails → Email Signature.
2. In the Email signature section, you can customize the signature that appears at the bottom of all the email notifications sent from your LearnWorlds school.
3. Click on Save to save your changes.
Make sure to incorporate the variable {{mail_signature}} into any email notifications where you'd like to include your email signature. |
- During the trial period, it is not feasible to use redirection in the email signature (e.g., clicking on the Email address and redirecting to an email app).- If you would like to add social media to your email signature as well, a good example would be to add the name of the social media platform and link it to your profile, as in the example below.
